We just returned from two weeks at Villa Elisa in Praiano and wanted to share our experience.
Praiano is a cute little town on the Amalfi Coast half way between Amalfi & Positano.
It is the perfect place to stay as it is away from the crowds of Positano & Amalfi, but close enough to visit them in 20 – 30 minutes.
Villa Elisa is the ideal place to stay. Our host, was wonderful to deal with, allowing us to store our bags when we arrived 5 or 6 hours before check-in.
She was always available via WhatsApp for any assistance required.
The Villa itself is perfect for 2 people. It is located near the center of town and very close to restaurants, grocery stores and a little bar
which was perfect for a light breakfast or a glass of afternoon wine.
You can reach the main road, buses, restaurants, the beach or water taxis with or without the numerous steps so prevalent on the Amalfi Coast.
The villa was perfectly appointed with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and the nicest bathroom and shower we have encountered in all of the villas we have rented. There is a magnificent terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
We hope to return there again next year.

Apartment Elisa was delightful. With hindsight, Praiano was the very best place for us as we hate crowds and Praiano, especially where the apartment is situated is quiet and very un-touristy but with nice restaurants. The owners were excellent hosts. They were helpful in letting us know events in the town, making recommendations and even reservations.
Once again, thanks for you help in arranging our holiday.

Nice apartment, exactly as pictured.
The terrace has an outstanding view, the apartment is sparkling clean and the area is quiet, you can find two small supermarkets close by and a cafe which is very convenient.
The communication with House Manager during our stay was very good, he was always available and friendly. Highly recommend.

Io ed il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggioranto ad Elisa a Praiano. La posizione é perfetta per la vicinanza sia ad Amalfi che a Positano.
La consigliamo a chiunque perché é davvero perfetta ci spiace averla goduta solo in parte girando tanto lungo la costiera.

We had such a wonderful time in Praiano at Elisa! The apartment was absolutely beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed. The host who met us was very helpful and got in touch with us as soon as we landed making meeting him at the apartment really straightforward.

We absolutely adored the area and have now fallen in love with Italy as it was the first visit for both of us.
The service provided by Ville in Italia was excellent....simple and clear communication and speedy replies to any queries we had.

Our stay was perfect.
The villa was great especially the balcony and that amazing view.
The location is excellent just minutes to the marina beach and abundance of places to eat and drinks also a nice stroll to the other side of Praiano to the main church and that excellent local bar “bar Della sol”.
Also if people want to splash out we definitely recommend using the water taxi’s to go to Positano and Atrani.
The whole experience was great for us as a honeymoon. So much freedom and variety can do what you like. A big shoutout to BOB art, got a lovely few pieces.

I can honestly say it was the best holiday we have ever had. The area was so beautiful and not too busy with tourists… we visited Positano and were very glad we were staying in the quieter Praiano!

We ate at loads of restaurants and they were all brilliant, the seafood was delicious. I have read online some people complaining about all the steps and the stony beach, but we adored the town, so pretty. It only takes one Google search to realize that Praiano has a stony beach! We swam every day and spent lots of time down there… it was perfect for us.

The apartment itself was exactly as advertised (gorgeous with an amazing balcony which we spent a lot of time sunbathing and eating on) and was very clean, with some basic essentials ready for us such as toilet roll, olive oil and coffee. The owner was very nice and said we could contact him at any time if we wanted help or advice, and then left us to enjoy our holiday.

Throughout my booking with Ville in Italia the manager was so helpful and always easy to contact. He also offered useful information that helped us to decide to rent Elisa and made sure I had all the info I needed before leaving to go to Italy.

In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Ville in Italia to anyone wishing to book a holiday, and also would happily recommend the apartment and town. We cannot thank you guys enough for giving us the best holiday of our lives.

Thanks to the Key-holder for their excellent hosting and patience as we needed some time to get out from Naples.
Elisa location and interior as expected. Everything was pretty good and matched the descriptions and pictures.
We decided on Praiano to be outside of the touristic centers, which was a good choice.
Amalfi itself is a beautiful spot. We spent a nice week there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Elisa. The accommodation was well equipped and of excellent standard. The views from the terrace were beautiful.
The apartment was in a very quiet location and we would certainly stay there again. One good feature was the proximity to the supermarket and to the small town square with a parking place and access to the coastal bus services which were always eventful!

Hoping to stay with Ville in Italia again very soon.

We had a fantastic time in Villa Elisa. The house was perfect for what we needed with stunning views! The location was also perfect as it was easy to get to both the beach and surrounding restaurants. Nearby bus stops were also very useful! We had an incredible week in Praiano and will hopefully be returning one day!

We loved our stay at Elisa. The apartment was fantastic, even better than we imagined. We referred to it as paradise!! The view was spectacular, and we loved to eat outside on the balcony.
The interior was lovely, very clean and the air con was just what we needed!!
We were looked after by a great local lady who made sure everything was ok. Once we got use to all the steps and the buses, getting around was easy, the local shop up the road was fantastic and we loved eating and cooking italian food. Praiano is just fantastic, not too big and not too small, and everyone is so friendly.
We will definitely return to Elisa in the future for another stay and can't wait to be back in paradise.

I just wanted to thank you so much for organising our stay at Elisa in Praiano. We had a fabulous time there! The photos online didn't do the place justice - sitting on the patio drinking the local limoncello or a glass of wine watching the boats sail by below us was just magical.

We had a wonderful expierence at the Villa Elisa. Our contact made us feel very welcome and was completely accomodating with our schedule, which required us to change our arrival time several times. The Villa was very clean, with a great view, and all the appliances worked well. And Clinton was great with keeping in touch and informing us about the details of our stay, etc. I will definitely recommend your service to family or friends who plan to make travel plans to Italy. Thank you so much for helping me organize our trip to Priano. We were away on holidays for nearly 8 weeks and my special place was Priano. The villa was exactly how it was advertised,I loved staying in a local area that was not touristy. It was close to everything eg,Capri Pompei etc. I loved walking down the alleyway and the 300 steps to the beach with the restaurant that sat 5 feet above the Mediteranean and eating Grilled Sword Fish and drinking Pino Grigio. I would recomend this beautiful place to anyone. Thank you again for your help and your friendliness (even though it was on line) you made it all happen.

On our arrival we were met at the property and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The appartment was beautifully situated, we couldn't believe that the view really was as beautiful as in the photographs on the website!
