We would like to thank you for arranging the Villa Giulia for our family gathering earlier this month in Pesaro Italy What a wonderful experience When we arrived we were met by owner and property manager who settled us in and gave us a tour of the Villa Within minutes of arrival our grandchildren were in their bathing suits and in the pool The Villa provided all the family needed for the week We mostly spent the week outdoors dining al fresco with a view of the Adriatic sheltered from the sun by the wrap-around porch swimming in the pool or by a short walk to the beach or playing ping pong tennis and bocce ball We were able to walk to the lido historic downtown train station and Benelli motorcycle museum We made excursions during the week to Urbino San Marino and Bologna as well as a tour and ...

Hello Allesandra I m sorry for the delay in this note Vacations are fun re-entry back into normal routines are not Regarding Villa Falcone this is our feedback The general vicinity was excellent Located close to Stresa and Lesa worked out beautifully in terms of dining and local excursions The access to hiking trails close to the villa was excellent and we used them frequently The specific location of the villa was outstanding Exactly as portrayed in notes and photographs Vistas and privacy were very special The grounds of the villa were beautiful and extremely well maintained The swimming pool was very good although the weather was a bit cooler than expected so it was used only a few times The house was clean and modern everything in working order Great areas for dining and lots of natural light Generally speaking the size of the house was very good for ...
