We would like to thank you for arranging the Villa Giulia for our family gathering earlier this month in Pesaro Italy. What a wonderful experience.
When we arrived, we were met by owner and property manager who settled us in and gave us a tour of the Villa. Within 5 minutes of arrival, our 11 grandchildren were in their bathing suits and in the pool. The Villa provided all the family needed for the week.
We mostly spent the week outdoors, dining al fresco with a view of the Adriatic, sheltered from the sun by the wrap-around porch, swimming in the pool or by a short walk to the beach, or playing ping pong, tennis, and bocce ball.

We were able to walk to the lido, historic downtown, train station, and Benelli motorcycle museum. We made excursions during the week to Urbino, San Marino, and Bologna, as well as a tour and wine tasting at the DiSante Vineyard.

The staff provided 4 dinners for all 21 of us during the week and kept the Villa clean and tidy during our entire stay.

After considering Villa Giulia many times over the years, I finally rented it this summer for 22 guests. My hesitation was the location (Pesaro was an unknown destination to us). And I was not sure Ville In Italia would supply support for local services but they did. After spending two glorious weeks there, we booked it again for 2024 summer, because we fell in love with a welcoming location and a superb villa.

Villa Giulia is truly a gorgeous villa, a surprising treasure that is so much more than the website conveys. The pool, diving board, porches, gazebo, outdoor eating areas, tennis court, bocce court, table tennis, beach access and view, music room, exercise room, overall layout, location, proximity to town, and more all make this an inviting place to stay. The staff always assist with information about the area, help with problems, prepare meals, and are truly wonderful and friendly family people. It is such a fantastic villa, we booked it for the following summer 2024 before we even left, worried this review would encourage too many people to request it.

We highly recommend Ville In Italia agency, which is filled with very attentive, helpful agents to respond to all requests offering top level service. They can arrange in advance, drivers, beach spots, tours, bicycles, cooking services, shopping, special requests etc. Massimiliano was there from my first moments looking at the website, to selecting this villa, to booking all our services. He was very attentive and even followed up on an Amazon delivery I needed for grandchildren to make sure it arrived on-time. I highly recommend you book as much in advance of your arrival, and ask for their help. It is also nice that they are in Italy. There is an agent to greet guests to make sure all is confirmed. Ville in Italia has a large portfolio of villas and service levels so plan to spend some time looking through the site to find what you want. Or email them to tell them your preferences and request they make recommendations. I’ve used Ville in Italia a few times before this vacation and will use them again in the future.

We returned home Saturday afternoon from one of the most fabulous (or maybe the most fabulous) vacation in Italy.
The villa was beyond belief and the cook made the most delicious food ever. All 22 of my family declared it was the most relaxing, adventurous experience ever. There was absolutely no complaints, only praises for the trip of a lifetime.

Nun sind wir schon wieder eine gute Woche aus Italien zurück. Nach den herrlichen Tagen in der Villa Giulia mit all unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern waren wir noch im kleineren Kreis in unserem Ferienhaus am Ortasee.
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Giulia war für uns alle wunderbar!
Das Haus, die herrliche Lage und das besondere Ambiente waren einmalig und auch die großartige Betreuung durch Alina und Roman. Wir wurden mit herrlicher italienischer Küche verwöhnt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
