We want to thank you for the incredible experience we had with our three week stay at Canonica in June It is such an amazing historic place to stay in Vertine You were so helpful in so many ways always quickly responding to our many questions Your restaurant recommendations were very good especially the Restaurant Frescobaldi that is so close to the villa We went there many times The cooking class went very well The two chefs leading it were very professional friendly and flexible with our schedule They were familiar with the villa and had most of what they needed in the kitchen except for a few items We found the staff very responsive We had to request they come up several times to reset the air conditioning to clean and replace linens for our guests as needed and to try and get the dishwasher working correctly Thanks again ...
