The property was ideal. Beautiful views of Capri. Wonderful outside sitting and dining areas. Interior layout was perfect for our family of 6. Large, spacious kitchen. Hosts cleaned and maintained the property well. Situated in the small village of Anunziata with direct access to hiking trails in Massa Lubrense. Easy access to Sorrento.

There are few word to describe the magic this villa contains. Not only does it have aything one might need to carry out normal day to day things, but it also provides the atmosphere to bring people together and thoroughtly enjoy the company of others.
Being in Italy in this villa brought back a lot of amazing memories from previous travels as weel as an amazing opportunity to make new ones.

Another successful family vacation in easily one of the most beautiful locations any of us have been!
So much to do (boat trips around Capri or to Positano, diving up the Amalfi Coast, a great pizza party at the villa) but nothing was quite as relaxing as laying by the pool, enjoyining a cocktail and a view unlike any other.
With a kitchen big enough to cook and a table to seat all 12 of us, this villa was a perfect fit for our week together.

We were two of the twelve people who rented the villa last August and we stayed in the annex. Our annex was roomy and contained everything we needed. Our bed was very comfortable and we loved how the window opened for our beautiful view.

The main house was an amazing gathering place with our dinners eaten under the grape arbor every night. We all heartily recommend guests hiring chef offered by villa staff. Every dinner was superb and truly the highlight of our time in Italy. Each night was special as we watched the sun set over the isle of Capri from our own backyard. The view was gorgeous!

The kitchen was both beautiful and contained everything we could want. Having a dishwasher was a bonus. The washer also worked well for us and we appreciated the information about recycling. It made it easy for us to keep our villa clean. The pool was just the right size for a quick cooling dip and there were enough lawn chairs and lounges to accommodate our group. We also appreciated the staff who came to clean and refresh our rooms.

The location of this villa is very quiet and peaceful. It is possible to walk to a restaurant although we did not do this because of our wonderful cooks. We would all agree that this villa is beautiful and one we would highly recommend to others! We loved our time in L'Annunziata and will never forget the beautiful villa, the amazing view and the warm and friendly people we met.

Our overall impression of the house was very good.

Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The house manager was lovely and very responsive to our needs. The pool and the gardens were very well looked after, and the cleaning ladies did a wonderful job.

The kitchen was lovely and big. A basket of pasta and tomatoes was available to us which was appreciated.

Overall, our group enjoyed our stay here. It was definitely a place of calm and refuge from the busy Sorrento coast.

Thank you again to an absolute wonderful stay.
This is our second time visiting the villa. It's sure a wonderful place to spend with family and friends.
We especially loved "The Pizza night" where we all got to experiment making different kind of pizza in the amazing pizza oven.
The restaurant La Torre One Fire is a spectacular restaurant up the street from the villa.
The owners and their daughter make sure that your experience and meal are just perfect.

We loved our stay with you and as usual the service was incredible. I am very thankful to all the staff and especially the caretaker who helped us in really difficult moments while my grandmother had to be rushed in the hospital.
Our family will remain for ever grateful to all the lovely people we have met and who kindly helped us.

I can not begin to tell you what a wonderful experience we had at L'Annunziata.

The villa was absolutely beautiful- the views were magnificent and the staff could not have been more helpful!

The key holder was wonderful, he made some excellent recommendations for dining, sight seeing, and a driver. The housekeepers were wonderful and willing to help with any request we had.

We met the owner and her daughters when we arrived and knew as soon as we met them, we had made the right choice- they welcomed us in to their home with open arms.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without your assistance - so thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The Villa was magnificent. It was clean, well kept and filled with beautiful antiques.
Our agent, could not have been nicer. One of our guests needed an emergency root canal during the trip and he handled all the dentist arrangements for us.

We had a wonderful stay at L'Annunziata. It really is a beautiful home.
There are no negatives to the house. Everything worked very well.
Advice to future clients about supermarket shopping - go to Monticchio (Carrefour) rather than Massa Lubrense. And try to buy everything from the fresh fruit shops rather than the large supermarkets as the little shops provide better and fresher food.

We had the most wonderful week at the Villa L'Annunziata and we couldn't have done it without your help!

The Villa was more amazing then we could have ever expected!! The photos could not nearly represent the beautiful property, views and details. We could tell the owner put a lot of thought into the preserving the ambience. Every lovely detail seemed authentic and very inspired by the history of the home. The house was the perfect size for our party with plenty of public and privates spaces. Villa Manager was very helpful and made us feel at ease while enjoying our relaxing holiday including timely responses to any questions or issues we had.

As for our wedding, we could not have anticipated a more perfect day! Planning a wedding from so far away was not easy, but House Manager was very helpful and accommodating with my many detailed requests. Her recommendations and implementation of the decorations were spot on and more beautiful then I could have ever imagined.
The wedding day could not have gone more smoothly. She calmed our nerves with how organized and thought out the entire day was. We felt taken care of every step of the way, and we did not have to worry about a single thing. She and her team was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire event.
I don't even know where to start with the food. It was fabulous!!! Every last detail was perfect. The entire staff far exceeded our expectations for all the meals and desserts. Every wine, appetizer and dish was impeccably presented and tasted absolutely delicious. It was also a treat to meet the owner and to see the dedication she had to making our day special.

During our week stay rental car Company, whom was recommended by House Manager, was perfect for our group-safe driver, good story teller and spoke wonderful English!

We would highly recommend your team and Villa L'Annunziata for a wonderful holiday and the perfect venue for any event especially a small wedding.

We stayed at Villa Annunziata to celebrate my father's 80th birthday, and it proved to be the perfect location to bring various different family members together. The house is large and comfortable and I particularly loved the kitchen, in which we were able to gather for many large family meals. The principle bedrooms on the upper floor (one of which is a suite with its own sitting room) are very lovely and have stunning views over the bay of Naples. The house has been carefully restored to create a lovely family home and is well cared for and very clean. All of the people we met, from Alessandra (who dealt with our booking and met us at check-in) to the cleaning ladies were very helpful, kind and genteel. I can't really find any faults with this house: perhaps the pool is on the small side but that doesn't matter because it and the garden are beautiful and it doesn't detract from the loveliness of the villa's location. That's what sold the house to me; where else do you get a view of both Capri and Ischia, and at night the view is every bit as magical as the photo in the property details.

We loved our stay at the Villa L'Annuziata. The setting is beautiful and the Villa is so charming as are the gardens and the view of the Isle of Capri.
It was easy to find and we loved the quietness of not hearing cars of motor bikes. It was like a hamlet. Also, around the corner, within walking distance, an Italian restaurant and the food was delicious. I recommend the Villa L'Annuziata for families and hope we get to come back soon to enjoy it again. For those who like to hike this is the perfect place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at L’Annunziata. The house was more beautiful than the pictures could describe. The sunset views out towards Capri were stunning. Everything about the house was perfect from the kitchen big enough to accommodate several cooks all working together to the poolside chairs and lovely bedrooms. A special thank you goes to House Manager who saved the day when we locked our keys inside the house. He was very sweet to come and let us in even though it was late in the afternoon. He was very professional and made it easy for us to get in and out of the house quickly and efficiently.

I had to email to let you know how perfect the villa was last week. Words cannot express how beautiful, tranquil and homely we found the house. The interior and gardens are stunning and the view completely breath-taking. The key holder was helpful and professional and check-in and out were very easy indeed. He also arranged for us to have dinner in the villa on two nights and these were our best meals in Italy. The food was delicious and the service friendly. We really could not have asked for anything more. The cleaner who came to the house three times was also very polite professional and friendly and the house was spotlessly clean.
We very much enjoyed dining at restaurant La Torre which we did twice. The village in all aspects was perfect for us. We would not hesitate to recommend you and the villa to others, and hope ourselves to return some day to enjoy it again.
Whilst we knew not to expect anything in the house on our arrival, the provision of ingredients for spaghetti was a nice touch, and we found everything we needed in the local shop. Your support before arrival was appreciated.

Just got back and I wanted to thank you and key-holder for everything, our week at Villa L'Annunziata was unforgettable and picture perfect!

The Villa was so tastefully decorated, it was just gorgeous and the gardens were so beautiful. The location was fantastic for trips to the
Amalfi coast and Capri. And to top it all off every night at cocktail hour the we could here the Monks chanting from the Monastery next door.
Now that's what I call HEAVEN!

We would highly recommend it and can't wait to go back again soon.

My family and I had the great pleasure of renting Villa L’Annunziata in June and I just had to write to tell you about our experience. First, let me say that the pictures of the Villa on the internet do not do it justice. It was more magnificent than we ever imagined—a truly magical place! The views were spectacular and the house was furnished so tastefully. But that was only part of it
When we arrived we met the key holder who graciously showed us the way and let us into the Villa. He gave us a complete tour of the house and thoroughly explained all that we needed to know to make our stay a pleasant one. What we hadn’t expected and were exceedingly pleased to find was that he was not just a “key holder” but a full-service concierge!! He made restaurant recommendations/reservations; he arranged for us to charter a private boat with our own captain for a cruise to Capri (complete with wine and a swim in the grottos); and he even arranged chef to come in and cook for us. So spectacular were the dinners that after the first, we quickly signed on for four more!! It was an experience we will not soon forget and we hope to get back there again in the not too distant future. We appreciate the wonderful service.

About the renting process
- We thought the process through Ville in Italia was superb. Both you and your colleague answered our E-mail questions promptly, clearly, and accurately.
- We felt that the pictures on the website were a fair representation of the property (if anything, they undersold the beauty of the villa.)
- It was very helpful to meet the key holder and have his lead us to the property. We arrived as it was getting dark and raining – it was quite a relief that he escorted us there and then showed us the villa.

About the villa:

- Fantastic property overall

- Great view, very spacious rooms

We met the owner on the last day and tried to thank her in our terrible Italian for the use of her beautiful house for the week.
