Our stay at the Villa Costanza in May 2024 was fantastic! We stayed 2 weeks and welcomed 14 other guests the first week to stay with us and 16 the 2nd week. The villa provided plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and find privacy as needed. The villa was clean and had all amenities you need, nothing was lacking. If fact Francesca and her team (who were wonderful!) arrived practically daily to clean the villa and pool. Francesca and her team also prepared us meals including a daily breakfast, dinners upon request and a "must do" pizza party- the pizzas were incredible! The villa had a private bath for every bedroom with a hairdryer in each. There was a washer/dryer and ironing board for those who wanted to wash clothes. The location for us was perfect, it is more of a quiet area but there are boat tours to more popular places along the coast. Being between the town of Nerano and the beach - Marina Del Cantone worked for us. We did not have a car, so we did need to walk about 1/2 mile down to the beach and back up to the villa or 1/2 mile up to the town of Nerano which had a small store run by Bruno and his wife that had some basic produce, cheese and other goods as well as beer and alcohol. The next shop over is run by Franco and his wife, don't miss Franco's Italian lemon granita with his wife's homemade limoncello drizzled over it! There is also a Tabacchi store by the beach with similar supplies. For us the walk was no problem but there are some inclines. In fact, there are some great hikes to take as well- walking to the town of Termini was popular walk for us, as well as the Bay of Leranto where there is a nice beach and Punta Campenella to a lookout. We went kayaking with a company named "Chasing Sirens' who did a fantastic, guided kayak with us to Crappola Bay. For many of our car transfers we used the company called Due Golfi- they were fantastic and reliable. Thank you, Italia, for a welcoming and wonderful stay, we ho to visit again soon! 2 years in planning and the trip to Nerano we wonderful and magical!
I wanted to personally thank both of you for all of your assistance thought out the two years and helping to assure us with our many questions. You both are very professional, insightful and helped to make this one of our most memorable trips.

The accommodations at the villa were exceptional. The villa was well maintained and very comfortable. The staff was professional and accommodating and the view was spectacular.
The dinner prepared by Francesca and staff was very good. It should be noted that one of the guests required medical care and Francesca arranged for transportation to the hospital. All went well and everyone had a great vacation . Would return to the villa since it’s location is convenient and because of the accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay and our hostess was fantastic. She cooked 2 wonderful dinners for us in addition to providing breakfast each day. The accommodations were great and satisfied our large group. This is our 2nd stay at the property and we love the location. It's far enough from the big traffic areas, but accessible to them when desired. Having Marina del Cantone in walking distance was a real plus as we had most of our dinners there. We would highly recommend this property.

We are so happy we found Villa Costanza to host our intimate destination wedding. This was the best week of our lives.
Owners and their family went above and beyond for both our wedding and our stay. Everything surpassed our expectations. Every detail was absolutely perfect. The villa and the rooms are gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. The food prepared for us daily was incredibly delicious, especially the homemade pizza. The staff were very warm and friendly and made us feel at home. All the amenities the villa has to offer made it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The preparation for our wedding day went so smoothly. They always made sure we were happy with every decision and we could not be happier with how the day turned out. There was nothing we had to worry about, they took care of it all. The flowers, the food, the music and the friendly staff made this a day that will stand out in our memories for the rest of our lives. We could not have asked for anything more. Our only regret is we forgot to take our wedding cake when we left. It was the most delicious cake we've ever had! We will definitely be returning to Villa Costanza.

We rented Villa Costanza for two weeks for a 60th birthday celebration for my husband.
We were joined by 18 close family and friends and honestly had the holiday of a lifetime.
The villa is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained, the photographs on the rental sites do not do it justice . The views and dramatic cliffs surrounding the villa are stunning. The owner, her Mum and staff looked after us all superbly, each morning a lovely breakfast was ready for us at a time we had specified with a good choice of options, evening meal was also prepared each night, food was delicious and plentiful.
We requested a pizza party twice, it was fantastic, everyone had the opportunity to create their own delicious pizza cooked in the pizza oven.
Six days per week every inch of the villa was cleaned by the staff, it was spotless.
The owner arranged a private boat hire with a skipper for us twice, first trip we went to Capri and 2nd trip to Positano and Amalfi, the skipper was great, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, wherever we wanted to go he took us, and no pressure to return home. It was very reasonable considering 15 people went on both trips and had an amazing time. Although very hilly, the walk from the villa to Marina del Cantone is about 15 minutes and all downhill so no problem, coming back up is more difficult as it is quiet steep however doable with a reasonable level of fitness. Once you have worked out the timetables for the bus it is great as you can time the buses going down or coming back up the hill, and the bus is directly outside the gate of the Villa. The bus takes approx. 45 mins to Sorrento and you can get ferry's to Capri, Positano, Amalfi. We have had holidays in private villas for past 34 years and can honestly say this was the best ever, I have to pinch myself to believe I was lucky enough to find it on the mine field of villa rental sites.

I can't express to you and your company how pleased we were with the Villa Costanza! The house was fabulous, and owners were incredible hosts.
Owner cooking was delicious and her sister was very helpful in making some local arrangements for transportation to Sorrento (more then once). We just told her what we wanted to do and she set it up. Also, we did 2 days of boating, which she helped set up.
They took such good care of the property and it shows.
The area of Nerano was a perfect location for us. The local people were genuinely kind. My grand daughter had an injured knee when the trip started out and more then once when we wanted to head down to the Marina, someone would offer her a ride down and then back up to Villa Costanza!

My husband and I have been married for 49 years and we wanted to celebrate the event with family. We rented the Villa for a week in June of this year. It was the perfect place for a large gathering and it was the only time all family members were happy with the place chosen.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms were delightful and had wonderful views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and a fabulous marina below. The place is picture perfect.

The staff was very professional, the owner and her mother served as chefs for our meals. The owner was also helpful in suggesting and arranging activities. We used the villa as a home base for touring the many places of interest along the Amalfi Coast.

The week spent at Villa Costanza was a week of unforgettable memories and much love for Italy.

How can I begin to tell you how wonderful this Villa was! Our stay for the week of June 25th was a 10 out of 10. As we were driving from the Naples airport, we started to get worried because we had traveled so far down the Amalfi coast, having never been to Italy before it seemed like a long ride. When the 9 of us arrived, we were so amazed that the pictures were not only accurate but the villa was even better in person. This Villa was magnificent. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the property manager, who was so wonderful to work with and so incredibly accommodating. She prepared a pizza party for us that was out of this world. Highly recommended!!! The bedrooms were great, the showers on the top floor were a bit tight but and everything was so clean! Every day they had the cook there making us breakfast and the cleaning people cleaning everything! The kitchen was amazing and had everything you would ever need.
The villa manager was able to reserve a day on a boat when we went to Capri and the captain took us around the coast for the day, which was spectacular! She made reservations at some amazing restaurants 10 stars to the "4 Steps" restaurant! It is a Michelin Restaurant, one of the best in the world and I must say it was the best service I have ever had!

If I was ever to go back to that part of Italy, I would rent that Villa in a heart beat! The pool was breathtaking with views that put you into a place of peace and serenity. I hope that if anyone looks at the villa to rent they don't ever hesitate because it is by far the best location, service is impeccable and you get a lot for your money!

Thank you to Massimilano who helped me to put this trip together! He has been amazing and I am so thankful for all of his patience and kindness. I will definitely use him again if I ever travel back to Italy!!!

We had a fabulous time at the Villa Costanza. It was the perfect venue for our family. The villa had everything we were looking for: it was clean, had a chef for breakfast and dinners when we ate in, made dinner reservations, booked a boat and captain and found drivers to take us to the airport. They catered to all our needs.
The villa was close to the water with magnificent views. The pool had a beautiful setting with lounge chairs surrounding it.
Our children had an anniversary dinner for us one evening. The owners prepared the meal and served it, even found a bakery to reproduce our wedding cake. We all agreed the perfect spot was found for our family of 15.
