Le propriétaire est accueillant et charment. Le personnel très discret est serviable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié d’avoir pu emmener notre chien. Merci !

FANTASTIC week at Villa Pedone. It was beautiful and the owner was attentive and very helpful. We loved the accommodations; I do not think it could have been any better. The villa is roomy and quiet and private. The owner prepared dinner one night for us and I wish that we had agreed to have him do several. He also put on a wonderful Pizza Party. The villa is in a great location for us to have had easy access to day trips, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the time relaxing by the beautiful pool.
The week was MAGICAL. THANK YOU!

We have chosen Villa Pedone for the high number of rooms and for the reasonable price.
We knew we would have a sensor old and it was exactly how we expected when we arrived.
The location was fabulous and the owner helped us a lot. Even the cleaning lady was a very nice person.
The kitchen was very clean and very functional.
We ordered the food in advance and helped us a lot.
From the Villa we had access to many places to visit.

We were 4 families of 8 adults and 7 teens on a week holiday.  We had the most wonderful stay in Villa Pedone!  Also the weather was very hot, we always managed to find some pleasant shade and a bit of breeze.  And the pool was very refreshing.  The house is beautiful and has a wonderful aspect with views all around.  There are also plenty of spaces for everyone to find a little peace, a place for a companionable chat or for the teens to make a joyful noise without disturbing anyone.  I must say that the caretaker, was amazing.  She stocked the house with food, at our request.  She also made us 3 delicious dinners which we ate at the big table on the terrace by the pool.  Nothing was too much trouble for her - she was a gem.  We enjoyed a magical week in Villa Pedone - I hope everyone who visits there will share our experience.

We LOVED our experience with VIlla Pedone! It was everything we had hoped for, truly a very special 50th wedding anniversary for our parents.
The directions were perfect.
When we arrive the cooker had a fabulous dinner all ready out by the pool! The owners, as you probably know, live next door to the villa, so we met him the first night. He was kind enough to share some of his homemade wine, which was fabulous! The villa keeper took amazing care of us, she called one of her friends who owns a winery not to far from the villa and set us up for a tour. The wine maker was so nice and let us try several of her wines while sitting around a table in her vineyard. We ended up buying some and bringing it home! The food that chef made for us was awesome, we even persuaded her to sit down and eat with us one night. She also took very good care making sure my sister had plenty of gluten free food. She even decorated and had a cake made for my husband's birthday.

The Villa was beautiful! Every bedroom was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. plenty of room for all of us. The weather was very warm, so we made good use of the pool and ate all our meals outside all week long! We did lose water two evenings, but it was back on within the hour, so not a big deal.

I have recommended your company to several people, thanks again for helping to make this such a memorable vacation for my family!

It is great to hear from you. We loved the Villa Pedone. One of the best features was taking walks around the countryside.If you exited right or left out of the driveway, there were so many beautiful and various routes to choose from. The house was quite spacious. The darling girl who came to the house to teach us the art of Italian cooking was out favorite part.

The girl who cleaned the house was nice, but we felt guilty that we didn't pay her to come in and cook a meal for us !!!

We liked the kitchen with the big table in the center. Also, the owner was so attractive and he made his own wine in the basement. He gave us a bottle and it was quite good.

We loved our stay at Villa Pedone. What a beautiful property! We did so many day trips, every day a different town just to be back and enjoy the dinners made by the owners. The location is perfect. We look forward to our next stay".
